Tenants Insurance


Many tenants mistakenly believe that their contents are covered by their Landlords insurance cover. Unfortunately they often find out too late in the event of a problem that this is not the case. We deliver first class tenants contents cover at ultra competitive rates.


A quick and simple solution. In addition, and good news for your landlord, our recommended policy covers you for damage you may cause to the landlords property. You could protect your deposit and you can avoid a damage dispute at the end of the tenancy.


The products are designed to deliver the protection a landlord needs for their let property. Too often not enough care is taken to make sure the right protection has been purchased, you do not want to discover this for your landlord when you try and make a claim, so we are here as the experts to ensure both you and your landlord is protected.


Range of cover extends to:


  • Accidental Damage to televisions, audio equipment or computer equipment.
  • Up to £2,500 in respect of accidental breakage and damage to the Landlords fixtures and furnishings for which the tenant is legally responsible.
  • Up to £1,000 in respect of replacement locks for external doors to the building if the keys are stolen or lost.
  • We will pay for breakage of mirrors, glass tops to furniture, fixed glass in furniture, ceramic hobs forming part of a movable cooker.


  • We will pay up to £1,000 for loss or damage to Contents in the open within the boundaries of the home.
  • Accidental Damage to Contents whilst in transit by Professional Removal Contractors.
  • We will pay up to £250 for loss or damage to food and domestic purchases whilst being transported from the shops to the property.
  • Personal Liability up to £2,000,000.
  • Freezer Contents up to £1,000.
  • Sports equipment, including sporting guns and clothing used for amateur sports purposes up to a limit of £1,000 any one loss and Mobile telephones up to £350 any one item and any one loss.
  • Loss of Money belonging to the tenant or their family up to £500.
  • Option to cover Accidental loss or damage to Unspecified Articles; jewellery, watches, photographic equipment up to a limit of £1,500 any one item or specified items over £1500 anywhere in the world
  • Option to cover full Accidental Damage on Contents within the home
