Our Quality Assurance for Tenants

Each property is subject to a complete safety check in terms of plumbing / heating installations and electrical installations. All appliances are checked and tested by competent persons. Relevant certificates are produced on commencement of a tenancy.

PPM prides itself on the production of a first class, quality let and strives to maintain these standards throughout the term of the tenancy. Quality checks are implemented at the commencement of a tenancy and are carried out periodically to ensure properties are maintained and well kept by both tenant and landlord.

Full inventories will be carried out prior to a tenancy commencing and on departure of the property to avoid any disputes arising.
