Reference Requirements for Tenants

Be in full time employment.

Have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Be earning 2.5 times the monthly rental.

Housing Benefit is acceptable in certain circumstances.

A working guarantor is required on any application whom ideally is the proprietor of his/hers mortgaged property.
