Our team of quality tradesman cover all aspects of maintenance. We have 24 hour dedicated line for maintenance issues and guaranteed prompt response times to all call outs. In most cases PPM do try and encourage landlords to take out boiler cover in the uncertainty of a boiler breakdown, giving both the tenant and landlord piece of mind.

All supplied appliances and furnishings are covered for breakdown and accidental damage although we do advise tenants to take out their own contents insurance if the worse was to happen! We can offer extremely competitive rates for tenants who wish to take out their own insurance.
